
The Countering State Repression Initiative is a movement lawyering project to prevent counter-movement & state surveillance attempts; shut down Georgia ICE prisons; protect fundamental rights for Black, Muslim, and migrant populations; support social justice movements in the Global South.
Human rights abuses don’t occur in a vacuum; they’re part of global systems that enable violence without accountability. Liberation seeks to dismantle these systems so that people can thrive, in safety and with dignity.
